ENDORSEMENTS
Russ Richards, member of the Department of Texas Past State Commander's Club, nominated to endorse Lynn Toomer for National Jr Vice Commander in Chief 2026 at the State Convention June 10th, 2023. This resulted in a unanimous membership response of "Hell Yeah!".
Needless to say, the Department of Texas membership voted to endorse Lynn Toomer for National Jr Vice Commander in Chief 2026 at the State Convention June 10th, 2023, at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.
